1. Digital goods
Products sold on VIPEX are digital keys, accounts, gift cards and top-ups delivered electronically. Once a key, code or account has been revealed to you, the sale is final, except where the product is faulty or not as described (see Returns & Refunds). Make sure the product's platform and region match your account before buying.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Give accurate information, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
3. Payments and store balance
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Store balance can be used to pay for orders on VIPEX and has no cash value outside the store. Chargebacks filed after a product has been delivered may result in account suspension.
4. Open Market
Open Market items are listed by independent sellers and reviewed by our team before going live. VIPEX holds the buyer's payment until the order is confirmed and may resolve disputes between buyers and sellers. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, must deliver what they list, and may not move buyers to outside platforms. Marketplace fees are shown before purchase and when listing.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use VIPEX for fraud, to sell stolen or illegally obtained goods, to abuse promotions or refunds, or to break the rules of the game or service a product belongs to. We may suspend accounts involved in such activity.
6. Availability
We work to keep products in stock and the site available, but stock, prices and features can change. If we can't deliver an order you've paid for, you'll receive a refund.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
