GTA 6: What We Know So Far (And Why the Hype Is Real)
After more than a decade since GTA V, Rockstar finally pulled back the curtain on Grand Theft Auto VI — and it did not disappoint. The reveal trailer alone became one of the most-watched game trailers in history within its first 24 hours online.
Here's what's confirmed so far:
- Setting: A modern take on Vice City, set in the fictional state of Leonida — sun, neon, and Rockstar's most detailed open world yet.
- Story: A dual-protagonist story following Jason and Lucia, drawing clear inspiration from a Bonnie-and-Clyde style criminal partnership — a first for the mainline series.
- Platforms: Confirmed for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S at launch, in line with Rockstar's usual console-first rollout.
- Scope: Early footage points to Rockstar's biggest and most reactive world to date, building on the technical leap RAGE made with Red Dead Redemption 2.
An exact release date has shifted before, so for the most accurate, up-to-date timing we'd always point you to Rockstar's own official channels rather than rumors.
One thing's for sure — when GTA 6 launches, demand for keys, currency, and top-ups is going to be intense. VIPEX will be tracking it closely so you can grab what you need the moment it's live, without the launch-day scramble.
Stay tuned — and until then, browse what's already hot on vipex.store.
